The technique of "afterripening" used by NPK "RITAL” does not include any elements of chemical and physical action or radioactive exposure of crystals and has nothing to do with artificial upgrading.

The analogue of the "afterripening" technique can be found in biology. It is well known that unripe fruit and vegetables will go ripe if we add some chemicals to them, but in this case these fruit or vegetables will be synthetic. But the other method is to activate the process, which simulates the normal conditions of ripening. This is the essence of the "afterripening" technique, which consists in laboratory simulation of the conditions of germination, growth and development of crystals, the processes of which are known to us with exact accuracy. One of these conditions is the symmetry of local growth medium, which is precisely equal to the symmetry group of diamond crystal of Fyodorov.

The "afterripening" technique is technically rather simple. A diamond crystal in oriented position is exposed to constant alternating magnetic field during 3 to 10 days under gradual heating (up to 500С). Symmetrization of field is achieved by the specific position of electromagnets with the electromagnetic field voltage being 2-3 times lower than the electromagnetic field of the structure itself. Symmetrization by the electromagnetic field is the main component of the "afterripening technique". This principle was generally formulated by Pierre Curie and was named the dissymmetry principle.

If the symmetry of the germination medium of the crystal did not correspond with the symmetry of the lattice, the germination of the crystal would be impossible. A great many of scientific researches are dedicated to this principle of Curie. No experiments have ever been carried out in this field, although it seems very easy to place a crystal in the medium, the symmetry of which would correspond with the natural symmetry of the crystal.

This technique is based on exposing crystals to the magnetic field for the following reasons:
- the magnetic field was the main subject of experiments of Pierre Curie;
- magnet minerals such as magnetite and chrome-spinellides can be found in all the basic occurrences of diamonds, which shows that the high magnetic field is inherent to diamonds.

The "interaction" of the crystal lattice with the magnetostatic field results in only one effect - the crystal by itself starts to re-build its imperfect structure according to the law of its own symmetry. Changes occur to all the crystals regardless of their initial state. The first and the biggest part of the crystals becomes gem diamonds after such treatment. The second part undergoes some negative changes (they may become dark and spotty), although this happens very rarely. The third part undergoes insignificant changes.

Generally speaking, the more perfect the initial structure of a diamond is, the less is the possibility of its re-building. Though if the structure is "too imperfect", this process of "self-perfection" is not likely to happen either. This technology is most applicable to the crystals of medium quality and of medium coloration. It should be noted that this effect takes place only at the micro-level, and macrocracks do not disappear.

Application of this technology leads to:
- possible decoloration (to different degrees according to the initial color);
- microcracks disappear;
- crystals become clearer;
- internal stress disappears.

As the structure of the crystal rebuilds due to its own internal resources, the stability of the crystal after such "treatment" is not lower than its natural stability. This is why relaxation of features is absolutely impossible.

As a matter of course, a further scientific research is needed to study these processes. But by now the results of hundreds of experiments have already shown that this technique is quite applicable, and it saves and replenishes the whole natural richness of the features of crystals without adding any synthetic elements to them.

The above-mentioned technique is applicable to any kind of minerals and permits us to up-grade gem and commercial crystals (by 2-3 grades), to rectify microdefects, to grow unique quality crystals within the conditions of terrestrial gravity, without a need to resort to zero-gravity crystal growing. This technique has been successfully used for 18 years.

1. Rough Diamonds
Sample weight: 0,5 A at least.
Shape: octahedrons, rhombic-dodecahedrons (regular hexahedrons are not taken).
Color: 4-6 class (according to Russian system of standards).
Quality: not lower than 2-3 class.
Price:
- with weight up to 2,0 A - $180;
- with weight from 2,01 up to 3,0 A there is extra charge for every 0,1 A (e.g. a 3,0 A sample will cost $230);
- with weight more than 3,0A the price is negotiated.

2.Beryls
Green-yellow or yellow-green beryls of jewellery grade.
Green-black or black-green beryls of jewellery grade.
The price is negotiated.
Sample size: base edge at least 10 mm, height at least 20 mm.

3. Corundums (diamond spar)
Brown-pink corundums of jewellery grade.
Pink corundums with purple tints of jewellery grade.
The price is negotiated.
Sample size: base edge at least 7 mm, height at least 15 mm.

Allocation of responsibilities of the parties to the joint venture and the conditions of its establishment:

1. Our party provides for the technical side of the work, that is supplying equipment and working with crystals. Manufacturing of diamonds can also be set up (the work of qualified jewelers at our disposal).
2. Your party supplies rough stock and sells the product, providing the turnover means of 4 million EUROS.
3. Equal share in capital 50% - 50%.
4. The business is totally legal.
